1. Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, orders are shipped under FOB Shenzhen, China (Incoterms® 2020).

Under FOB terms:

• Leadshine is responsible for export customs clearance and delivery of goods to the designated carrier at Shenzhen.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods have been loaded onto the carrier.
• International shipping costs are collected at checkout.
• Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, insurance (if required), and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

3. Packaging & Brand Notice

Some products purchased from Leadshine Store may be delivered in packaging displaying the Leadtron and/or Leading Robotics logos. Leadtron and Leading Robotics are part of the Leadshine group.

The appearance of the Leadtron or Leading Robotics logo on product packaging does not indicate that the product is supplied by an unrelated third party. Products sold through Leadshine Store are supplied by or on behalf of Leadshine.

The use of Leadtron or Leading Robotics branded packaging does not affect the product’s applicable warranty, specifications, or customer support provided by Leadshine.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

The shipping fee displayed during checkout is the amount charged by Leadshine for delivery services.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination charges are not included and shall be paid by the buyer.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Typical estimates are:

• International Express: 3–7 business days
• Air Freight: 5–10 business days
• Sea Freight: 20–45 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other logistics factors.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once available.

Customers may track their shipments through the corresponding carrier or logistics provider.

7. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Under FOB Shenzhen terms, responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer once goods have been loaded onto the designated carrier.

Leadshine will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with carriers whenever possible.
